Legacy system import

Import hundreds or thousands of cooperatives from existing paper or spreadsheet records. Preview data quality before confirming.

1. Download template

Use the official CSV template to ensure all required columns are present.

2. Populate your data

Fill in cooperative records. Required fields: registration number, name, sector, province, chairperson name.

3. Upload & preview

Upload the completed file. The system validates data quality before you confirm the import.

Required CSV columns

existing_registration_number— Original registration number

official_name— Full legal cooperative name

registration_date— YYYY-MM-DD format

registration_authority— Issuing government body

sector— Agriculture, SACCO, Housing, etc.

province— Province name

district— District name

contact_phone— International format preferred

chairperson_name— Current chairperson

secretary_name— Current secretary

total_members— Integer count

share_capital— Amount in local currency

contact_email— Optional but recommended

registration_certificate_url— Scanned certificate URL

bank_account_number— Primary bank account

tax_id— TPIN / VAT registration number

gps_coordinates— lat, lng decimal format
