Submit up to three preferred names for your cooperative. The Registrar checks availability and reserves your chosen name for 60 days.
Complete the application

Upload documents
Attach constitutive documents, ID copies for founding members, proof of address and any sector-specific certificates required by law.
Receive your certificate
